Fernando is Global Chairman of the Society for Low Carbon Technologies, which attracts participation from Dell Technologies, Siemens Digital, and Microsoft. He is also an External Global Advisor to a company in the NVIDIA Inception Program, advancing AI-RAN, and has delivered keynote addresses across four continents.
He also serves as a Business Ambassador to Scotland, appointed by Scotland's longest-serving First Minister to advance trade and energy relations across the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. Through the U.S. Department of Energy, he has advised on integrating Direct Air Capture with nuclear energy systems, now leveraged for data centers.
