Fernando C. Hernandez serves as a Business Ambassador (GlobalScot) for Scotland, advancing trade and energy relations across the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. He joins the ranks of internationally distinguished leaders, historically including a future U.S. President, dedicated to driving Scotland’s global commercial success and future prosperity.
